The Role:
- Accountable for soft skills training for all company employees
- Designing and developing training and development programs based on both the organization’s and the individuals needs
- Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers & trainees
- Plan, develop and implement strategy for staff training and development
- Assess relevant training needs for staff individuals and organization, in consultation with departmental heads, including assessment methods and measurement system entailed
- Design, run & deliver training courses and programs necessary to meet training needs, or manage this activity via external provider(s)
- Monitor measure and report on staff training and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales.
- Develop self, and maintain knowledge in relevant field at all times
- Induction training of new sales & marketing employees.
Skills:

Minimum of 5 years sales experience in pharmaceutical field is a must with proven successful record

Fluent in English, Arabic and French is a plus
