Education & experience requirements:

An advanced pharmacy degree (e.g. MSc, PharmD)
At least 3 years’ experience in a hospital pharmacy including at least one year as a clinical pharmacist 
At least 1 years’ experience in Oncology
Excellent English skills are essential
